We encourage at least 2 days advance notice for 1 toilet. For 2 or more toilets please try to give us a week. We are the best in the industry at same-day service, but we make no guarantee.Â
Yes, we do a lot of 1-day events. Typically for a Saturday party, we drop off a spotless can on Thursday or Friday and we pick it up on Monday.
We make every effort possible to place your toilet in the exact spot you want. Three things to consider are level ground, proper lighting, and easy access for servicing. Please keep in mind our trucks have a 30-foot hose!
Weekly service includes pumping the tank, cleaning and sanitizing the interior and exterior of your unit, restocking all supplies such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and replacing or repairing all broken parts of the unit.
Our team transports the waste to a number of local wastewater facilities where they break it down in accordance with local regulations.Â
Our base prices include one service per week. Additional services can be added at an extra cost. Please allow our team access to your toilet on service day.Â
Yes, we use different-grade toilets for events, so your toilet will never have seen a construction site! Also, all cans are dropped off spotless.Â
We mix in antifreeze with our deodorizing water mix which is all placed in the tank. This keeps the waste unfrozen in colder climates. These products and all the products we use at Royal Porta Johns are safe for the wastewater treatment facility.Â
