Yes, we do a lot of 1-day events. Typically for a Saturday party, we drop off a spotless porta potty on Thursday or Friday and we pick it up on Monday.

We make every effort possible to place your toilet in the exact spot you want. Three things to consider are level ground, proper lighting, and easy access for servicing. Please keep in mind our trucks have a 30-foot hose!

Weekly service includes pumping the tank, cleaning and sanitizing the interior and exterior of your unit, restocking all supplies such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and replacing or repairing all broken parts of the unit.

Our team transports the waste to a number of local wastewater facilities where they break it down in accordance with local regulations.

Our base prices include one service per week. Additional services can be added at an extra cost. Please allow our team access to your toilet on service day.

Will my porta potty be clean for my event?

Yes, we use different-grade toilets for events, so your toilet will never have seen a construction site! Also, all cans are dropped off spotless.

We mix in antifreeze with our deodorizing water mix which is all placed in the tank. This keeps the waste unfrozen in colder climates. These products and all the products we use at Royal Porta Johns are safe for the wastewater treatment facility.

You can contact us by phone, email, or through our website form. We’ll provide a free quote based on the number of units, rental length, and type of event or project.

Most residential septic tanks should be pumped approximately every 3-5 years. However, the right schedule depends on several factors, including: the size of your tank, the number of people in your household, daily water usage, and the age and condition of your septic tank. If you’re unsure about your schedule, Royal Porta Johns can help evaluate your system and recommend a maintenance plan that fits your property.

Common indicators that your septic system may need attention include sewage backing up into sinks, toilets, or tubs, slow-draining tubs, gurgling sounds in your plumbing, standing water or soggy areas near the drain field, strong sewage odors around your yard, and unusually bright or fast-growing grass over the septic field. If you notice any of these signs, contact Royal Porta Johns right away. Early intervention can prevent more serious and expensive damage.

Yes. Septic problems often develop gradually and may not show obvious symptoms until significant damage has occurred. Routine maintenance and inspections from Royal Porta Johns help identify potential concerns such as rising sludge levels, worn components, or restricted flow before they lead to costly repairs.

Repair times vary depending on the issue. Minor repairs, such as filter replacement or pipe clearing, may be completed in a single visit. Structural repairs or more complex problems may require additional time. After diagnosing the issue, our team will provide a clear explanation of the timeline.

Costs depend on the severity of the damage, accessibility of the tank, and the specific components involved. At Royal Porta Johns, we provide transparent estimates so you can make an informed decision before any work begins.
